I was born and raised in Belvidere. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelors in education and then packed my bags and moved to the beach. For 10 years I lived and taught in Charleston, SC. While living in SC I received my masters in education. I moved back to Belvidere 4 years ago and have been teaching at BCMS since my return. I was married in the summer of 2009 on a beach in Maine. My husband and I have 4 dogs, 2 cats, and a lot of fish. I really enjoy teaching 7th grade at Central Middle and look forward to a wonderful school year!!!!
